I'm just a gal who has always loved watching people express emotion. When I found photography at a rather young age, I quickly knew this would be part of my soul's journey. It's not just a job or a hobby for me. It's embodiment and freedom to express yourself and feel truly seen in the process.
I'll forever be inspired by life. Ya know, the beauty of nature, the in between moments, the unspoken words.
Feelings. Sunlight. Rain. Animals. Plants.
It's the people watching and allowing presence being at the forefront for me. I'm not always the best at it, but I do try to be mindful.
My work is heavily molded around being. Embodying whatever season you're currently in. I was quickly shown how beautiful the slow life really is while living in Germany with my husband. Europe is also a massive inspiration to me. I could talk forever about how amazing it is.
I'm not for the people who want to "keep up with the Jones'" but instead, are grooving to their own beat. Sunday drivin' in their own lane. Wanting to express themselves and feel fully seen.
To me, photography is such a beautiful gift. I couldn't imagine life without it. Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to be behind the camera. My parents recorded us a lot as children, and my mom said I always wanted to either be in her lap while she recorded or take the camera/camcorder over and do it myself! I believe I'm just a viewer of life. Absorbing the essence and sweetness it has to offer. I'm fortunate enough to get to share my perspective with you.
I've spent my mid to late teens, and all of my 20's understanding how to share in the way I view life. It's ever evolving, and changes with every age and new experience, but I know one thing for sure, my heart lies in the real, authentic moments. As if I'm simply a fly on the wall. Seeing people for who they are - enough.
