I had to travel for work, so a good friend of mine and I were making one last pitstop before we headed home (we both lived in Germany at the time!). I happened to see this family just being so sweet, so genuine and present. I contemplated it for a while and mustered up the courage (thanks to Morgan!) to finally ask if I could take their photos.
I handed them a business card so they knew I was a legit photographer. They said yes! Thankfully Steffi spoke english, too (I was not confident in speaking German) so i explained to them to just continue doing what they had been! I didn't want to take up much of their time on this beautiful day, but snapped some of my favorite images to date, all in 15 minutes.

Human-ing
A photoshoot with Dyl & Em is not out of our norm! When my brother asked me to photograph the proposal I was honestly so psyched. They came into town to visit, but the morning he decided to pop the question, he and I walked out to the location, got the timing, the idea of where he wanted to ask, and now, just to tie it all together so she would have no clue.
It couldn't have been more beautiful. They are the sweetest, and the most wholesome. It was an honor to document my baby brother asking his girlfriend to be his forever person.
